How to Enable Vanilla experiments in Minecraft Bedrock edition
There are two ways you can enable vanilla experiments. The first way is when creating a world. And the other way is by editing an existing world. Let us check how to enable it in both.
- Creating a World:
- When you create a new world. Scroll down to the Experiments section in the Game Settings.
- In this section, you will find an option known as Vanilla Experiments. Toggle this option on.
- Here you will get a popup warning you that your world might crash, break, or not work with future updates. If you are okay with this then click on Activate Experiments.
- Editing a World:
- If you have already created a world then you can edit its settings by clicking on the pencil icon on the right.
- Similar to the above steps, scroll to the Game Settings and find the Experiments section.
- When you get the warning popup select Activate Experiments.
- Since this is an existing world, it will start to create a copy of the world to add the experimental feature. You can find the new world with this feature under the name “Copy of” followed by your world’s name in which you enabled experiments. For example, if your world was “The World”, then the copy will be named as “Copy of The World”.
- You can see it worked if under the world there is “Experimental” written beside the game mode.
- Remember you cannot change your experimental world to a non-experimental one.
